Currently, a colleague is using the Freshdesk Jira connector:

Is it possible to link the Freshdesk ticket to the ticket in the Jira Service Management portal? When non-Agents link to Jira from Freshdesk, they cannot view the ticket. If they had access to the portal view, they can see all the public comments. Thanks
Since this is a third party add-on, you will need to contact vendor directly for support on integration between JSM and Freshdesk.
