Can the Canned messages be shared between two employees? For ex: The canned messages written by me can be shared with other user and vise verse. Can other user see my canned messages?

Hi Rakesh, from what I can tell, you can either keep the Canned messages to yourself (Personal responses), or share them with everyone (shared responses).  That's what I've seen myself when creating them.

This was the post announcing the feature: JSM May New Features 

You can pick that as you are building them.
