Can't remove demo users (don't appear in User Management)

I Can't remove demo users (they don't appear in User Management), yet when I am testing my online ticketing system/website, I have a dropdown for "Assignee" which is built into Jira, yet it comes up with the demo users as options? Help?

Hi Jarrod,

When searching for the demo users in User management, have you selected all three statuses in the filters?

  1. Active
  2. Suspended
  3. Deactivated
