Can't enable widget even permissions are set

Even after following portal access and customer permission configuration guide to enable widget, it is not able to be enabled

  • Are you a project administrator?
  • Have you set up an open portal?
  • Have you copied and used the generated code on your web page(s)?
  • Does the request type have a required field? Then make it optional.

  • Are you a project administrator? - yes I am
  • Have you set up an open portal? - yes I set up
  • Have you copied and used the generated code on your web page(s)? - yes I did
  • Does the request type have a required field? Then make it optional. - just made it optional. However limitation still exists

I just realised that i did not fully configure portal access.

Now widget is working just as I expected.
