Can't edit Issues and can't view workflow from client (Does work from server)

I can't edit or view workflow tickets from Jira service desk application. It will just be stuck on loading forever.

THe console shows following errors when trying to view workflow:
TypeError: this.dialog.$popupHeading is undefined
TypeError: B is undefined

Edit issue will show this in the console:
TypeError: this.dialog.$popupHeading is undefined

We are using version 4.5.1 Service desk
Software : 8.5.1

We already tried again after deleting all installed plugins and just installing Jira SOftware and JIRA Service desk Application. Didn't solve the problem. Upgrading to 8.6.1 and 4.6.1 didn't solve the problem either.
