I am trying to connect Jira Service Management to Slack to allow Client users to create ticket directly from Slack.
I connected a channel to a projet already and it's working for me as an admin with no problem.
But for a Client user, it's not working. It says something goes wrong, the error is not really helping.
As a note we have paid Slack licences but we are still on the trial version of Jira as we are finalizing our test.
Is it normal in that context that Client are not allowed to create tickets from Slack ?
