Hello @Vera Valshonok

I just tried to add it to my request type "Context fields" and it worked.

What do you get when you try to do it? Are you already using that field in your "Request form"?

Best regards,

Hi @Vera Valshonok

I may need additional details in order to help.
Before that, have you checked if the new field has been added to the Screen that is part of the Screen Scheme configured in the JSM project?

Regards!
