Hi,
Can some will help me out even though i am not part of JSM Project still in customer portal i can see that project and i can be able to create the Incidents/ Access Request as well.
Can i know the reason for the same.
Thanks,
You should check how your "Customers" are configured on the project.
Even if you don't have create permissions on the project the "Service Desk portal" role probably still has it?
if so, you'll need to validate if you are also known as a customer as it is separate from your regular user account.
Yes i have checked that one also i have removed the same from the Permission section as well.
please find the below attached screenshots.

and how is the "customer access setting" set?
Also are you able to really create a ticket or just see the request types? If you hit submit does it actually go through?
As @Sebastian Krzewiński said if you are still with the role of portal customer on the browse project permission you can see them but might not be able to create any
