Can some one will help me out to remove the Request Types from the filter in the portal.
In the portal i have 2 Request Types which are Incident and Service Request if I see the list of tickets i can see all the Request Types in the filter menu.
But i want to see only Incident Management and Access management

You see all Request types set up in the Service Desk Team of the Service Project even if hidden from the portal. To only see the Incident Management and Access management you would have to delete all other requests from: Project settings -> Request types.
Of course by doing so you also delete the raised tickets. If you want to keep the tickets, but to delete the requests that are not used you would first have to change the issue types.
