Hi,

Can some one will help me out how to take entire Jira instance Back up from Trail version.

I am using Trail version of Jira since last 1 month and it is going to expire in couple of days but i have performed and configured many things in the workflows and so on.

I want to take a Back up of my complete Jira instance and Data as well. if is there any chance to the same and it would be really helpful.

Kindly provide me the Step by step procedure for the same.

Yes You can take the backup 

You can go to Backup Manager Page - <Your URL>/secure/admin/CloudExport.jspa

From their you can backup for server and cloud instance
