Can some one will help me out how to create dependency in Service Request.
I am having fields like
Manager approval----Drop down (Yes/No)
Approval---user field (any abc user)
If i select Manager approval is Yes then only Approval fields should be display
If i select No then approval field should Not be display
.Please help me out how to achieve the same functionality.
Hello @Sreenadh
It's Oliwia from Deviniti - Atlassian Platinum Partner.
If you're looking for a more advanced configuration of fields that should show up on the request form based on specific selections, I encourage you to take a look at Dynamic forms delivered by one of our apps called Extension for JSM.
This feature lets you turn Jira Service Management request forms into dynamic request forms that contain fields that are dynamically displayed in response to user input.Hopefully, it will meet your requirements!
Cheers,
Oliwia
Hi @Sreenadh ,
Native Jira doesn't provide this functionality. You need to check the marketplace if any apps provide it or not.
You could take a look at ProForma forms https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215833/proforma-forms-checklist-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Feature request was alredy raised for this long time back, but not yet developed.
