Can some one will help me about Notifications for 2 level.
If i select Jira under System to which Access is Required there could be 2 level of approvals are required which if level 1 is approved then it will move to 2nd level of approval once 2nd level manager is approved then it will Assigned to Service desk.
I have created the workflow for all the scenarios but Notifications are not triggered.
Kindly help me out how to configure the Email notifications to the level1 and Level2 managers.

Share what workflow you have created. To trigger notifications from the workflow transitions you can use a post function to trigger a custom event (which you need to create) then make sure that custom event is also used in the notification scheme of the project.
