Can i customise the available fields in the outlook plug-in?

I have installed the 'Jira cloud for outlook (official)' plug-in.

Is it possible to choose which fields are visible in this plug-in view?

Hi @Phil Jones 

Welcome to the Community!

If you are talking about the "Create issue" view, we do not support all fields but most of them should be there. Required fields without the default value are shown on the initial screen and the rest of the fields can be found under the "Show more" button.

For the "View issues" screen, unfortunately, there's no way to customize fields there yet. What fields would you like to see on the "View issues" screen?

Many thanks for the reply. Yes I'm talking about the view issues screen.

Currently our users are raising tickets via email, and then we update a few standard and custom fields. It would be awesome if we could do that directly from outlook

Hello,
We would also like to have the opportunity to change the order of the fields. This way we can put the one who needs to be filled in, during ticket creation, on top of the UI. 
We recently created some extra fields to improve our searching in JIRA. But now all fields are also in the outlook add in. Most of them do not need to be filled in during ticket creation. Therefor it would be nice if we do not need to scroll through all fields when creating a ticket with the outlook add in. 
Thank you very much to reconsider developing this improvement.
