If you are talking about the "Create issue" view, we do not support all fields but most of them should be there. Required fields without the default value are shown on the initial screen and the rest of the fields can be found under the "Show more" button.
For the "View issues" screen, unfortunately, there's no way to customize fields there yet. What fields would you like to see on the "View issues" screen?
