Hello,
We using Jira Service Managment in our agency. When a client create a new ticket, this person become the reporter of the ticket. So only this reporter can see the ticket and comment it (except also the Users, but i dont count them).
But we often need to allows to others clients to comment the same ticket, but he/she can't see the ticket. (all our Clients are in our Organisation on Jira)
It might be possible to allows other client to comment it ?

You can add these people as Request Participants - they will then see and be able to comment on tickets.

Hi, i think this is possible. Can you make sure that user can share their issue with other customers from the same organisation/ Project > Customers permissions.
