All the users who are part of Jira are by default customers to the JSM portal. While creating the Jira for service management team, they can't see "Shared with" option but in my case they can't see even after Jira is created , Is there any setting to be enabled so that users can share the Jira with Other customers ? Yes Service management team can do it but apparently users can't.
@Saurabh JOSHI can you share a screenshot of the issue. The delivered product on cloud is set up so all customers in the service desk portal can share issues (add request participant) and currently there is no way to disable the share feature.
