Hi, I use Freshdesk. We have the Atlassian JIRA app installed on Freshdesk, this allows me to create a new issue on JIRA or link to an existing issue on JIRA.
My question is - Is there an equivalent for JIRA that would allow me to create a new Freshdesk Ticket or link to an existing Freshdesk ticket?

Welcome to the community. Since FreshDesk is a third party application, I would recommend you to contact the vendor for technical assistance on the integration setup/configuration against their app with Jira.
