Hi Community,
As Jira can send out emails to users by setting up automation rules. As a Jira Admin, can I retrieve the email records from the administration portal? Thanks!
Cheers/ Anson
@Anson Fung I believe you would just look at the automation log to see when it ran and sent an email.
If you are referring to record from your automation rule, then I agreed with what @Brant Schroeder suggested by looking into the automation log. If not, then unfortunately in the CLOUD env, system admin doesn't have the ability (as I know) to access the logs against the application.
There is an outstanding ask for this functionality - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-46206. I suggest you set yourself up as a watcher of this ask.
If you need to access the logs, then you will need to obtain support from Atlassian Support Team (https://support.atlassian.com) -
Hope this helps.
