Can I use a Workflow I created in Demo for other Projects?

I created a Workflow in the Demo Project.  Now I would like to use that same Workflow in my Active Customer Support Project.  How do I import the Workflow created in the Demo Project environment to the Customer Support Project?

Hi @John Briscoe

If they are in the same instance you just need to update the project workflow scheme and add the new workflow to your issue type . As long as is not shared with other projects you should be ok.

For separate instances, you can try the project configurator plugins or configuration manager for jira from the marketplace.  Install it as a trial on both instances and you can export/import the workflows.

Once you are done, uninstall it.
