Hello. The SLA Goals report only gives me the percentage met over the last 7 days. I would like it to show me a longer time period (e.g., two weeks, one month, etc.). Is there a way to do this?
there is (or should be) a dropdown at the top of the report to select from.

Found the issue. I was looking at the built-in "SLA Goals" report in the admin view of my ServiceDesk. When I create a Custom report, then I see what you're referencing. I'm good. Thank you!
