Hello all,
we're using the Jira Service Management in the cloud. I have added an external partner to a project and would like to hide the internal comments from him. I only managed to avoid the partner form being able to write internal comments himself.
It looks to me like the only way to hide internal comments for the user is to make him use the Customer Portal exclusively.
Is there any other way to achieve this?
Thank you in advance!
This does not appear to be a current function in Jira. Currently access is, if you have a agent license, you can view all internal comments.
There is a suggestion logged with Atlassian to get this added as functionality and you can vote for it here.
