Currently in my organization we have a service desk, and in this service desk is customized the layout, icon and banner of my organization with three different product portals.
What I want is to create another service desk for a specific product, because in it I want to customize according to the marketing of this product, with the layout, icon and banner of it and appear to the customer only the portals for that specific product.
My question is how do I create another service desk?
Just to make sure I got the question legible, today I have:
https://<myorganization>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
I need:
https://<myorganization>.atlassian.net/"another "servicedesk/customer/portals
Is this possible?
@Pedro Henrique Santana Ferraz -
Unfortunately with your current Product Plan of Standard, you need to create a completely new instance of JSM for your company and it will have a different URL.
Only if you are on the Enterprise Plan, then you can have multiple SITES - meaning the establishment of multiple JSM instances.

I imagined it would be something similar to that 🫤
Anyway, thanks for the answer.
