I am looking to use the API to download ticket data for reporting purposes. However, I would prefer to not download everything every time. Instead, I would like to only download any tickets that were created or updated since the last time I downloaded data. This requires being able to filter on a Last Updated Date.
In looking through the API documentation, this does not appear to be supported by the API.
Can someone let me know if I missed something? If it is possible, could you please point me in the right direction?
