I currently have a Service Desk Portal that I'm effectively using as the customer-facing side of a support product that we offer. I'd also like to utilize it for true technical support and knowledge management for our development team. However, I need to have the page branded differently for the two, so it's not as simple as just creating a separate Service Project.
Is there a way to add a second, unique Portal to my account? Or would I have to purchase a totally new account/license?
