Hope you are well,
I am using JSM and Jira software for customer reported bugs and Issues. I want a dashboard to shows the stats ( , Priority, crated vs resolved, SLA Met or breached and etc) to our management on single page by applying filters.
Is there a way If I can add one filter above of the page and It's working should be impact on all the gadget. For further details you can see attached screenshot.

This is not something you can do out of the box, one potential way of solving this is making a dashboard for each filter.
I also did a quick search of the Atlassian Marketplace and came across this app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220136/quick-filters-for-jira-dashboards?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
That might be a solution for your problem.

I suggest you try the 30-day SLA Time and Report for Jira trial to see how comfortable working with the advanced filter would be.
This filter works for report grid-table and for charts, but not on the Jira boards.
