Im setting up our Jira Service Management Knowledge base. A lot of users end up asking us to help them with FAQs or how-tos that already exist in the Atlassian knowledge base.
So, instead of creating a FAQ page for a question that Atlassian has already answered, is there a way to connect to that knowledge base?
What would be even better is if we could use some of the KB articles from Atlassian, and then ALSO have some custom answers for other questions that are unique to our customer base. But I have a feeling that is asking for the moon.

Hi Craig, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can't integrate your KB with Atlassian's. One option would be to provide a link to the Atlassian pages via a link on the portal.
