I have a team in TEAMS, called IT, which contains every user in IT.
I then have a channel within IT called Service Desk, which is where I would like the Assist bot to act as a triage. However if I add it to Service Desk, it wants to make every single IT user a a part of service desk and license them accordingly in Jira.
If I make the channel private I cannot add the bot.
I want to make sure I'm not missing something here, but what I'm trying to do is not possible I suppose?
