Can Customer Select Option When Reject A Ticket On Jira Customer Portal

Hi Everyone, 

I wonder that is there any way to make customers must choose a selection before reject a ticket but IN CUSTOMER PORTAL.

Natively, this is not possible (only a comment field is displayed). Here's a feature suggestion related to your question: JSDCLOUD-6677: Allow to customize transition screen for Customer Portal 

You could try checking out some Marketplace solutions, although I've never tested something like that so I can't provide some specific guidelines on this.
