We are about to roll out a new Service Desk where we also introduce Problem Management and Services to Jira Service Management.
I like that it would show changes automatically when an affected service is selected on a ticket, but is there a way we can also show / connect Problem Management Ticket for an Affected Service to it to create visibility for maybe a Known Error right there?
