Hi Team,
My customer send email on by default Jira project email address but Jira ticket not gets created for that specific project.
Note: customer is not sending email from any email provider directly such as Gmail, Outlook, Rediff. He is sending email from application(example : Codeless ).
Requirement: customer will send email from hies application to us on our by default email jira project address and jira issue must gets triggered.
