Bulk emails to organization via Jira service management

Hello Community,

We have a requirement of sending bulk emails to our customers, especially for change notifications. We are looking for a solution to this, as we now rely on manual emails and its time consuming and also prone to errors.

Our requirements are as follows: 

  • Ability to send emails to multiple Organizations in Jira at once. Good to have a way to group these ORGs by region or business types(looking for ORG grouping).
  • When any user responds to the email if it can create a Jira ticket on the project.

We have tried creating a ticket and adding the ORG, the issue is it shows Shared with one org to another customer.
The status page is expensive as our business is B2B and for each customer, I need to maintain a separate status page.
