I have a behavior that is interfering with our use of the bulk change option.
We have several tasks with different clients, and during the transition to "Resolved," I load a screen with the "Client" field.
The issue occurs because, if I am closing 5 tasks in bulk, each with a different client, when transitioning to "Resolved," it loads the first client I selected in the ticket and updates all the others.
I need the "Client" field during the transition because many analysts forget about it, but this prevents bulk closing since it will load the client from the first ticket I selected and update the others.
Is there a way to work around this issue?
Welcome to the community. If it's something you have to do often, did you evaluate the possibility to add a transition without the screen limited to admins only ?

This mass change is made by the admin area. We really have many tasks that we execute and close all at once in bulk at the end.

You cannot apply different value when doing a bulk change. Only way is to have a transition with no screen limited to some group/role to not have it available to everyone.
