It would be great if there was a chance to bring information from Assets directly to the Organization fields.
We have established a fleet management system using Assets and we've got all of our customers (that is, organizations) there. Bringing this info on the tickets is now done using automation and custom fields in the tickets, but lots of that information is related to Organization which could nicely be brought in without having to build automations (that always generate some delay in issue handling) and also consume the counters.
