Hi @Gui Ávila ,
You can create a board (from any project really) where you select the Service Desk project. E.g., here I'm creating a board where I select the issues from my service desk project (Carlos Service Desk (CSD)):
I've created this board from the 'boards menu' in a Jira Software project and then copied the link (the URL), and added it to my Jira Service Desk using the 'Add shortcut' in the left panel in the Service Desk panel:
Let me know if I can provide more details. Thanks!

I do have the habit to create boards from Jira Software projects, but this may be a better option:
1) click on the search box and select 'boards' (on the bottom side)
2) Create a new board by clicking on the 'Create board' button
3) Select 'Kanban'
4) Select from project and enter your Service Desk project
5) Create a shortcut in the Jira Service Desk left panel

@Carlos Garcia Navarro Thanks a lot.
But in this step http://prntscr.com/uzgld0 its asking to choose a Software Project. Why? I don't want the board to live in the software project. I am creating a board for JSD project.

Yeah, you can select your own profile instead of a project:
I still suggest to copy the link and create the shortcut in the Service Desk project. Boa sorte!
