I cannot find my billing history, since I moved to free plans from premium.
Where can i find it?

Have you tried looking in the Billing section of https://my.atlassian.com ?

The issue has been resolved, since i have contacted support team, and it looks like my email is not registered as billing owner, and it has been added yesterday. Now it works very well.
