Best way to ask questions about Insight/Asset.

Hello,

I'm trying to use Asset Discovery in my Insight app and have questions about setup, functionality, import, and what will probably be a host of other questions as I go through this.  Jira is something I have very little experience with but asking questions to the Atlassian Community is something I've done twice now but I'm not sure my questions are getting the eyes on it that I need.  Is there a way to target my questions, specific to Asset Discovery, to people in the community who have expertise?

I think some of my confusion is from a number of sights that I've found that are dead and then there are more than one doc links for discovery.  I think this is a more current link for anyone following.
