I am looking to add a live chat solution to our Service Management Cloud setup. This is for a small team of tech support agents. The main requirements are widget for embedding into Homepage, and full integration with Jira Service Management Portal ticketing system. All advice is welcome. Thank you for your time.

When it comes to Chat for Jira Service Management, there are no built-in options available, but there are some add-ons that might help.
You can test the apps before deciding if you want to subscribe or not, so I would suggest checking their reviews and testing them.
