I remember when setting up our Service Management project, we would get a green banner, at the top left of the Service Request, when it had been approved. This banner no longer appears after a request has been approved.
The banner showing the ticket still needs approving appears as usual.
How do i turn this back on?

The Approval information can be found at the end of the page:
In my case I don't have any Approval's setup, but if your instances does then once any ticket gets approved the information will be visible here.
