I have been asked to look for backup solutions for Jira Service Management and Confluence. I don't know anything about Jira and its solutions. We have searched on Google and seen some solutions, but we don't know if they are the right ones.
I am looking for recommendations. Preferably something that allows us to back up the data by downloading those backups to our storage, if possible.
Hi @IT Support ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Take a look at GitProtect backup & Disaster Recovery software for Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Jira Work Management. With GitProtect you can schedule and automate your backups policies, back up your data to multiple storage instances of your choice - local or cloud (moreover, you always get GitProtect Cloud Storage for free once you set up your backup plan), replication between storages, unlimited retention, rensomware protection, restore and Disaster Recovery technology.
You can try GitProtect backups for free fro 14 days on Atlassian Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228719/gitprotect-io-backups-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Or you can schedule a live demo to learn more about the backup & Disaster Recovery solution: https://calendly.com/d/3s9-n9z-pgc/gitprotect-live-demo?month=2024-04
Hope you will find this answer useful,
Regards,
Daria
