Azure AD Attributes for Jira - Insufficient privileges to complete the operation.

Hello.
We installed the Plugin "Azure AD Attributes for Jira".
Authentication = OK
Matching configuration = Email Address x Mail = OK
Synchronization = Mail --> ASSIGNEE --> ADManager (Extra field) = ok
Problem:
Matching test
Check if a specific value of the configured Azure AD attribute matches any Azure AD user.
When putting e-mail to test, the warning appears = Error - Insufficient privileges to complete the operation.
My login is Admin the Jira and Azure.
Did you know where the problem would be?
