Automation to send reminder email to assignee

Dears,

I want to send Reminder email for assignee to take care of the issues

I try to create automation rule, but I didn't find any trigger can to this 

attached the only available triggers .

is there any Idea??!!

Also if the action is to send email I can send o reporter and customer involved and I want to send to assignee ?? any idea ?
