Our project uses organizations and teams field while working on tickets. However, due to limited capability of Jira dashboards, the gadgets do not support these fields as a statistic type. However, for the project it is very important that we report on these using the Jira out of box features.
As a workaround, I have created two custom fields called Org (for Organization) and Work Group (for Teams). I am trying to create an automation that copies the value of the original fields whenever an issue is created or if these fields are updated. However, I am unable to automate it. Can someone suggest the automation steps please?
