Hello, I want to do an automation that when I create a ticket, the automation make a new page in confluence but with a template, not only the empty page
I did this automation but the thing is that it creates the page empty and I need to insert a template manually.
Unfortunately, I don't believe you can achieve what you wanted in your current subscription plan.
Using JSM automation for Jira - https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/use-jira-automation-with-confluence/ You can only create empty page.
For Confluence template, you will need Premium plan on the Confluence side based on my understanding - See this reference page - https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/create-automation-rules-in-confluence/
Hope this helps.

Hi @Daniel Bermudez !
Do you see the option to use a template at the bottom of your Create Confluence Page Action? It appears at the very bottom for me:
Note: It only shows up after I have selected the Confluence Space. Can you confirm you have templates created in the same space you are creating the document?

Hello! Thanks for your help
It appears like this
But i dont know why because I have a template created for the page...
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
@Daniel Bermudez Is the template assigned to the same space as the Parent Page? Put another way, if you create a child of the parent page listed above, do you have the option to use your template?
