I'm stuck on a problem whereby the fields I want to set in a new issue that is created from an automation rule don't update. I've checked the logs and it says 'Unknown fields set during create, they may be unavailable for the project/type. Check your custom field configuration'
So my custom field 'Address' is populated in the new issue but the others don't. When I've looked for those fields under 'Admin > where's my field?' (in NR-4) it says they they don't show up because they aren't populated.
I've tried checking the screens and contexts - however I have the same ones associated fo the fields that failed to populate as the field that worked (address).
Any ideas on how to continue troubleshooting please?
