I am using Jira Service Management Cloud
I would like to create one rule by automation process of jira into my project
I want that if any customer writes response to Closed ticket, in that case new ticket should be created automatically.
How can i do it, if it possible of course.

Please create the Automation Rule as mentioned in the below screenshot, it will trigger when any ticket has the comment as Closed and will create a New ticket in same project with same issue type (you can change it as per your project requirement).
