Trying to make an automation that takes a customer feature request from our support board and creates an "idea" in Discovery. It works on some fields like description and summary but is failing on Linked Issues. I need some way to link the two issues. Any advice?
Welcome to the community. I personally have not use Atlassian Product Discovery app, but I have found the following reference link on how to link a Jira issue to an idea - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/link-an-idea-to-a-jira-issue/
In the link, it only mentioned Jira Software but not JSM, so it may not be possible.
