Hi All,
Im looking to setup an automation rule where myself and others are emailed Out of Hours (Mon - Fri 17:30 - 08:30 / 24x7 Weekends) for specific customers.
At the moment im struggling with the trigger for the Out of hours section and cant seem to find a way to only trigger the rule at this time.
Does anyone have any experience with this that could help?

If your emails have been set up to create corresponding Jira tickets, you could set up an automation rule which does the following:
So whilst you're unable to build this date/time check into the trigger itself, the conditions will at least quickly check whether or not the issue was created out of business hours or not.
