Hi, it seems when one of the automation rules is triggered and does what it intends to, it also sends an email to the Agent.
How do I stop it from sending email messages to Agents about the Resolution change?

If it's not the case, this is a basic solution to let anyone have control over email notifications:
yes, this is for Cloud.
I want to remove specific notification for the Agents. For some reason, they keep getting this email when Automation for Jira Cloud changes the resolution to Done. I dont want them to get this email. So it is not for me specifically, but for them and for specific project and rule.
