Automation for Jira sending - do not send email notifications to Agents

Hi, it seems when one of the automation rules is triggered and does what it intends to, it also sends an email to the Agent.

How do I stop it from sending email messages to Agents about the Resolution change?

Are you talking about Automation for Cloud? 

 

If it's not the case, this is a basic solution to let anyone have control over email notifications: 

- Click in the top right on your name --> Personal setting and below you can find a way to manage personnal notifications : Capture d’écran 2021-12-06 à 16.11.59.png

yes, this is for Cloud.

I want to remove specific notification for the Agents. For some reason, they keep getting this email when Automation for Jira Cloud changes the resolution to Done. I dont want them to get this email. So it is not for me specifically, but for them and for specific project and rule.
