In which screen or settings, we can change the fields that are displayed in the emails sent for Automation. This comes from Automation for Jira Address. Currently we like to customize these fields with some messages that go out through these emails.
Email that we receive currently shows:
Description
Issue TYpe:
Priority
& so on.
Hi @Karthick P If your automation rule is sending email on back of the ticket submission, you can modify that in the Send email action in your automation rule.
If you are getting email from JIRA Internal notification, this can't be modified.

I am able to find where the automation form is. But need help with the Automation for JiRA emails that is sent once the user submits the ticket. I don't find it in the Automation project or form settings.

Hi @Karthick P , thanks for your feedback. I think you're referring to the customer notifications here. They should be customizable, if you want to add your own text. You just need to click on edit to change the message and you can also switch off any notifications you don't want to send.
