Hello Community,

I am Makarand and I am one of the product managers from Jira Service Management. I am working on the consolidation of Automation for Jira and Legacy automation and was keen to understand how to extend some of the missing functionality that is found in Legacy automation but not A4J.

The experience in particular we want to learn more is where you have a customer (non agent) triggering an automation rule to run as that user (with “Run as the user that triggered the action”) . We want to understand the particular use case you may have doing that to learn more on how to support it within A4J in the future.

Thank you in advance for your support, looking forward to hearing from you all!
