Can i get the reminder on slack when a P1 or P2 ticket is not escalated from Service Desk board ?

You can install the Jira Cloud for Slack app in your Slack workspace, then connect your Jira Cloud instance. You can configure the app to notify you (or a specific #channel) about all issues created, or a subset, by configuring the app.
